Community Resources – Rexdale and Family Service Toronto’s staff provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing life challenges. This service is particularly oriented for those seeking support in dealing with relationships and family problems, parenting, depression, anxiety, job loss, separation, divorce, and new relationships, sexual abuse and childhood trauma, life transitions, and other issues.

The Case Management department supports clients who are experiencing difficulties accessing resources or gaining assistance with daily living needs, and helps them have access to crisis counseling, grief, and bereavement services, as well as:
- Long- and short-term case management issues
- Assistance with advocacy, mental health, and social issues
- Other services in the immediate community
